We believe flowers belong in everyday life because joy should too.

Sure, we make beautiful arrangements. 

But we're also building a place where people can gather, create, and connect. 

Our Milwaukee studio has become home to workshops, pop-ups, book clubs, farmers markets, BYOBouq dates, and countless conversations that started over flowers and turned into friendships. Flowers just happen to be the thing that brings us together.

That means embracing the colors, textures, and little surprises each season brings. Our designs are lush, highly textural, slightly wild, and inspired by the beauty found in everyday moments. 

No copy-and-paste bouquets. No chasing trends.

414LORAL is proudly Black woman-owned and rooted in Milwaukee. 

We partner with local growers, artists, makers, and organizations because we believe strong communities grow when people support one another. Whether you're shopping our BYOBouq bar, attending a workshop, or sending flowers across town, you're helping us invest back into the city we love. 

Sustainability, thoughtfully done 

We source seasonally, avoid floral foam, compost what we can, and donate flowers after weddings and events whenever possible. 

For us, sustainability isn't a marketing buzzword. It's simply part of creating beautiful things responsibly and ensuring this work remains joyful for our team, our community, and the planet.

professional dilly dallyer, lover of a new hobby + a trinket. proud milwaukeean and garden variety leo that never skips a gel mani. 414loral started at my kitchen counter with grocery store flowers, salt vinegar chips and no idea that this hobby would become my purpose. i love bringing people together, celebrating 

the beauty in everyday life, and creating meaningful connections through flowers. flowers are for everyone, carnations are underrated, and there's no such thing as too many zinnias!✿
